Selection Process Guidelines
Selection Process
The Swar Sangram selection process is conducted through four structured and transparent rounds to ensure fair evaluation and identification of outstanding vocal talent.
Round 1 – Online Screening (Video Submission)
Participants must upload a singing video of up to 300 seconds strictly as per the official guidelines.
The submission link will be shared via the registration confirmation email.
Required uploads:
Swar Sangram Registration Number
One mobile selfie
Valid photo identity proof
Evaluation criteria:
Overall performance quality
Vocal clarity and technique
Jury assessment
Audience engagement on YouTube (views, likes, comments)
Only shortlisted candidates will advance to Round 2.
Round 2 – Jury Challenge & Interview
The jury may assign a song to selected participants.
Candidates must submit a fresh recorded performance as instructed.
Shortlisted participants will attend a live audio-video interview.
Based on performance and interaction, Candidates from each division will qualify for the Studio Round.
Round 3 – Live Studio Voice Test
Qualified participants will perform a live studio voice test, showcasing:
Vocal control and technique
Expression and versatility
From this round, the Top 9 finalists from each division will be selected for the Grand Finale and "Consolation Prize" awards will be announced.
Round 4 – Grand Finale & Awards
The finalists will deliver live stage performances before the jury.
Based on jury and special jury evaluation, the following awards will be announced:
First Prize
Second Prize
Third Prize
All remaining finalists will be honored with the prestigious
“Veerochit Gayak Award” and "Special Jury Award" awards will be announced.
Final Decision
The decision of the jury and judges shall be final and binding in all matters related to selection and awards.
