Guidelines

🎵 Song & Language

• Participants may choose any song suitable for their category.

• Songs may be performed in any of the 22 official Indian languages.

• Video duration must not exceed 300 seconds (5 minutes).

🎥 Pre-Recording Announcement

Before singing, the participant must:

• Display the printed Entry Pass on the body

• Clearly state on video:

  • Registration Number

  • Full Name

  • City & State

  • Song Language, Title, Film (if any), Singer/Composer

⚖️ Ethical & Content Rules

• Performances must not hurt the sentiments of any individual, community, religion, language, or nation.

• Any content violating social, cultural, or national harmony will be disqualified.

🎤 Performance & Recording Rules

• Solo performance only (no duet or background voices).

• Recording must be in landscape mode only.

• Clear audio, proper lighting, visible facial expressions.

• Quiet environment; subject centered in frame.

• Blue or green backgrounds are not allowed.

• Lyric notes and natural expressions are permitted.

✂️ Editing Restrictions

• No editing during the performance (except start/end trimming).

• No digital enhancement or voice manipulation allowed.

📤 Submission Requirements

Participants must upload:

• The Recorded Singing video

• One selfie photo

• Valid photo ID proof (copy)

• Swar Sangram Registration Number

Submissions must be made only through the official portal or via the link to the registered email ID.

🔢 Registration Number Policy

• Use the same Registration Number for all submissions and communication.

• Only one entry per participant is allowed.

• Multiple entries will be rejected.

📢 Usage Rights & Social Media

• Swar Sangram reserves the right to use submitted videos for evaluation and promotion.

• Participants must not upload their competition video on any other platform.

• Violations will lead to immediate disqualification.

⏰ Quality & Deadline

• Only high-quality videos submitted within the deadline will be accepted.

• Late or incomplete entries will be rejected automatically.
